This book taught me a lot about how skyscrapers are built in a way that I can understand and has allowed me to truely appreciate all the work that goes into them! Very interesting and highly recommend!
How Do They Build a Skyscraper?
This was a fun, informative book! I learned more about how buildings work and support their weight. Things were explained in a relatively simplistic way to give a general understanding. Different methods of building were explained, and then there was a more detailed step-by-step process following a particular skyscraper being built in New York City. There were plenty of pictures and illustrations to go along with it. Overall, great read!
