Another perspective
This was a good read. I’ve been on and off smoking for awhile and needed a little mental assist and this satisfied it. I’ve read Allen Carr’s book, The Easy Way to Stop Smoking, and that helped me not smoke for 5 years, but then I made the mistake of having ONE and have struggled on and off of it since.
This book gives a little assist in the right mental direction. Much like the law of attraction, “what you think creates your reality.” I always appreciate a good reminder in other people’s words to keep me on track.
