Simple.
Sometimes when things are headed south, it's hard to remember how it was and feel the way you used to about your partner. It's also a little hard to overcome the "why should I do all the work?" attitude, but if you're truly invested in saving your relationship, this is one pretty simple book to show you some ways to bring about change. I've tried most of the strategies after a particularly rough time in my own relationship, and I found that by showing love, I began to receive love and we were able to move past our individual hurt faster.
