This was a great refresher to the Stoic philosophy. For those who are curious about Stoicism, this is a great starter book as well.
Quick little guide or reference for a stoic 101. Enjoyed it 🤍
Good beginner book
A nice way to ease a new learner into stoicism. It's littered with spelling errors and the occasional incorrect wording which required me to do a double take to ensure I understood what the author was trying to say, hence the 4 stars and not 5.
