What a good book!

I have only read 60 pages of this book, but I started two days ago in between breaks at work. I began implementing a few behaviors that I know I can change right now and I cannot believe how much happier I am and how good I feel. I haven't felt this way since I left my last job (which I absolutely hated and left me depressed) and started my new job. The pointers in this book seem so intuitive, but I am amazed at how easily I overlook them. It's all about the basics and this author does a good job explaining how each one directly affects you, your future, and those around you. The book is easy to read and it is narrated in a familiar, simple voice so you are not working to decipher what is being said to what Nicholson actually means. I highly recommend reading this book if you are serious about being happy in your current situation as you progress to your future situation.
