Just short of good
So I kept reading to get to the punchline... The end result was the problem is you...the problem is me... We need to change and love ourselves in order to end toxic relationships...well,gee thanks! I kinda figured that one out on my own without a PhD in Psychology - it would stand to reason if one is in a toxic relationship, they must not be chock full of self esteem... Not rocket science. The book just stops at that...not the self help kind giving steps to take to begin liking yourself or feeling better, etc.

Weak. Lacks substance or direction. The solution is one word; the last word on the last page. That my friends does not make a book!
