How to Evangelize with Confidence

Evangelism is very important to every ministry, but unfortunately, it has become a challenge for churches and individuals alike nowadays. I hear people say that they don't know how to evangelize; they don’t know where or how to start a conversation about Jesus. Jesus always sought other people out to evangelize to them. He went to their workplaces and homes, showing concern for them and sharing fellowship with them. As Paul wrote to the Romans: For “Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.” 14 But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them? 15 And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is why the Scriptures say, “How beautiful are the feet of the messengers who bring good news!” (Romans 10:13-15 NLT) People are suffering and seriously searching for solutions to their problems. Though not everyone will accept the truth, if we do not at least make the effort to tell them, then we will never know who might accept Jesus and who will reject Him. Our responsibility is to let people know what will help them to overcome the challenges they are facing in life.
