How do you prepare and structure a great presentation? Too many people assemble slides from previous presentations as if a presentation were a deck of cards, writes Dr. Nick Morgan in this short-form book. Morgan, one of America's top communication theorists and coaches, says the right process begins by focusing on a clear point of view and picking an appropriate structure. Getting the structure right greatly increases the likelihood that your presentation will be easy to present - and make sense to the audience.

Concise, Just Like a Great Presentation!
As a veteran of several Big Corporates I've given my fair share of PowerPoint presentations but I always strive to improve. This very short booklet is packed full of useful information, follow the advice and deliver better messages to your audience. The author proves less is more, I highly recommend this anyone interested in taking their skills up a level (or two).
