Common sense stuff. Did not learn anything new.

This is not a book. Even at the $0.99 price, it is not a bargain either.

This is not a book. Even at the $0.99 price, it is not a bargain either. It is a 14 page article filled with basic, elementary information that even someone brand new to a position that involves recruiting and selection would intuitively understand. There are an infinite number of superior ARTICLES online that offer considerably more insight and practical advice about recruiting than this brief manuscript does. Save your money.
