How To Save A Life

P. Dangelico has an amazing ability to build you up with witty, yet angsty, books that are incredible slow burns. This book, gah, hit me right in all the feels and I loved the relationship between not only the two main characters but the side characters that you wanted to hate but could only love. This book is about love and loss and how external factors can either lead you down a dark path or set sunshine down for you to follow. A must read!

Loved the book although I wish we had more of Jordan’s insight from the very beginning.

I devoured How To Save A Life within a matter of hours. It’s so heartfelt and not only is the storyline realistic and relatable, but so are the characters. Riley’s character appealed to me immediately with her smart, no nonsense and tough as nails personality and excellent work ethic. And her loyalty to her family and friends is extremely admirable. She and Jordan are an unlikely couple who met my chance, they’re complete opposites in every way however, you can definitely feel their spark and connection. Jordan is a beautiful and complicated man with a sincere heart and once his walls were broken, I knew he was going to do good things. Due to certain events, Jordan is now the care taker of his two year old goddaughter, Maisie. His love for baby Maisie and his interactions with her just made my ovaries explode. She certainly was such a pleasant and sweet addition to this story.

If you’re in the mood for a feel good down to earth romance with funny, witty and emotional moments, then this is definitely the book for you. And I would love it if Ms. Dangelico would write a book about Beau (Jordan’s brother) and Veronica (Riley’s saucy, sassy and amazing best friend).
