Collaborating with business and industry, elected officials and higher education, the change is to envision and make operational at Howard-Winn a new structure of learning grounded in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM).


The mission is to prepare and empower our students to think creatively, serve, contribute and succeed locally and globally continues to be evident in the classrooms and halls of the district to help students achieve beyond their expectations. The District goal is to embed technology seamlessly into instruction and use social media to break down classroom silos, connecting learners globally. Beginning the fall of 2013, all students were issued an iPad for all K-6 students and MacBook Air to grades 7-12.
