Hulsinger v. State

RUFFIN, Judge. Chester Hulsinger appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress the results of an Intoximeter test on the ground that the arresting officer failed to provide an independent blood test under OCGA § 40-6-392 (a) (3). For reasons which follow, we affirm.
