It’s exactly what it says it is. The basics of what feelings are and how they work. There’s a lot of information here that is surprisingly not that well known and this is a quick read that gives you the basics in laymans terms. I found it very interesting. I was surprised there was so much about feelings I didn’t know. I would recommend it highly to anyone interested in emotions and how to let them go, and especially for young people and people who feel like they are cut off from their feelings.
