This iBook provides an introduction into the legal protection of refugees.  In discussing the origins, flaws, and potential improvements to refugee acceptance systems, this book draws on established academic literature and personal experience.  “Humanitarianism and Youth Engagement in the Legal Protection of Refugees” is part of the Youth Training Program on Refugee Rights of the US Fund for UNICEF, Midwest Chapter, and aims to raise awareness and provide a roadmap for students at high schools in the United States to engage with refugee rights, and improve the world through youth engagement in advocacy and fundraising.
