One of best books on hypnotherapy techniques and starting a practice
When one first graduates from hypnosis training and starts a hypnosis practice there is still so much to learn. Cal Banyan's "Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy" makes the transition so much easier. He covers a lot in this book, often in the form of bonus tips that a relatively new practitioner might not even think of.
And Cal's writing style is crystal clear. He not only explains a technique, he often reinforces the learning with an illustration of how he does and occasionally exactly what he says to the client.
I put this book in the top category of hypnotherapy books I have read.
