I AM NOT CRAZY

This story chronicles the journal of Ariel Washington, a woman who was weakened by trauma, abuse, assault, and self medication.  Following recovery from a mental breakdown, Ariel recognizes that she is not the person who caused all the bad things that happened to her, and she is not crazy. She also learns that needs to change relationships with people in her life. While she is healing, Ariel clings to her faith and the love of her daughter to help see her through.
