Great inspiration!
I loved this book and now Jennifer Hudson even more! Although the book is not all about weight loss, it still is inspiring. I have lost 35 pounds on weight watchers and this book has encouraged me to lose my last thirty! I got this :).

What an inspirational book! I have watched Jennifer Hudson since American Idol and was always a fan. I joined Weight Watchers 17 months ago and just made goal. Total weight loss 126 pounds. From size 26 to size 6.
Whenever I see her commercial it inspires me some more and makes me so proud that I am a member of Weight Watchers too. I too believe that if you want to lose weight than don't make excuses. So many people have looked at me and asked how I did it. Congratulated me for going about it naturally. Wanted to know how they could do it and so many people joined or rejoined because they saw thru me it works.
I also enjoyed reading about JH life changes because I am going thru some as well.
Thank you so much for inspiring me and for being so down to earth. When you see real people that do it then you know you can too!
