I Had A Farm

I wrote the words you will meet on the following pages to honor my friends on the Farm.  The Flowers, the Maples, the Meadow, the Barns, the long-handled Spade, the barn swallows and all their other friends who nurtured my growth. Their presence inspired me to do my best—for them. So they would be at their best when others came to call. The Farm is where I quietly discovered that I was their caring Caretaker—for a time, only. Where-as the Good Earth belonged to them—forever.
