A cliche -
This book struck me as a string of cliches - God’s palace appearing to be made of diamonds; heaven having the bluest sky and the greenest trees; the sailor seeing the prettiest girl in the world out on a walk etc.
She includes photos of people not central to her story, but no photo of the white pigeon. The author tells the reader she was involuntarily committed to a mental health facility - I think she may believe she had these experiences. I am a believer in near death experiences - but not this one. This whole book reads like a compilation of common story-book versions of heaven and visitations.
