I Will Remember You

After the loss of her son Jason to cancer, Sandy Lindsey was lost in grief. A woman of faith, she began questioning God, going as far as directing her anger towards Him. But it was through her late son’s devotion to his faith she began to find hope.


I Will Remember You chronicles one mother’s journey with grief and loss through a series of short essays and poetry. With happy memories of her son and learning from his example, Sandy was able pull herself up and find her son in the little joys in life, from her grands to a peaceful sunset. Now, she extends her journey to the world, to help others feel less alone on their own grieving journey.


About the Author

Sandy Lindsey is a mother to two sons and grandmother to four. Now retired, she is involved in motivational speaking and grief talks after the loss of her eldest son. Lindsey enjoys walking, hiking, and biking, along with attending her local church and finding fellowship with others.
