Omg!!!
Okay, so this book is super well written! The plot, the characters, the way Jessica writes out the scenes! Whatever the protagonist feels, I felt—from angry to nauseous to joyful. She just does such an eloquent job enveloping you in what’s going on. Also, I was super excited to read a book describing what the k-pop world is like from an actual artists’s perspective and…yeah I think I’m good staying away from being a k-pop trainee myself haha. But the reason I’d give this book 3 stars is because for me, the ending wasn’t satisfying. There’s still so much leaving you on a cliff hanger. AKARI!!! Like, oh my gosh don’t tell me we’re just leaving that unresolved will they just stay the way they are or finally get to talk I mean they’re best friends I want a happy ending there and JASON and MINA, oh my gosh I just feel so bad for how Rachel has to be with them because I feel like it doesn’t have to be that way y’know? Please a second book!? Doubt Jessica Jung would ever see this but 제발!!!
