iCape

Cape Henlopen School District inspires a common vision for building a culture of Innovation, Collaboration, Accountability, Personalized learning, and Equitable access through their “iCape” Program.  Students in Cape Henlopen schools are engaged and empowered in their own personalized learning through the iCape program that provides 1:1 access to Apple devices.  At Cape Henlopen High School each student is issued an iPad with 24/7 availability to transform learning anywhere, anytime. The four elementary schools are also part of the iCape initiative through their programs of excellence that use OS and iOS devices every day to experience innovative design thinking, challenge based learning, cultural activities, reading fluency and comprehension.  The potential for innovative creative and authentic learning is maximized through the use of mobile devices every day.
