If you’ve ever been depressed you know it never really goes away. This book confirms your feelings and puts into words the ones you thought but didn’t know were there. It’s a breath of fresh air knowing you’re not alone.

This is a raw and real story. After reading this it gave me such a better understanding of his novels. His openness to life and his personal struggles is inspiring. We need more authenticity in this world and that is exactly what this book is. Well done.
