The story continues...
I trusted Colton with every bit of myself. I believed him when he promised he’d never hurt me. But he broke me…and now I watch him give another woman everything I thought would be mine.
I never saw this coming.
I don’t blame Taylor for the decisions she’s made, because I know the fault is all mine. I took her for granted. I broke her heart.
But she’s everything to me. If the guy holding her now thinks for one second I’ll lay down without a fight, he’s dead wrong.
Because I’m coming after what’s mine.
Good read but still think the first one was better. :/ either way two thumbs up
An awesome end to the story that started in Fly
I loved the continuation of Taylor and Colton's story that started in Fly. Fly ended on a big cliff-hanger, and Fight was such a satisfying conclusion to their story. The story was fast-paced with lots of drama, but you knew all along that they were meant to be together. Their childhood friends-turned teenaged unrequited love story has a lots of twists and turns as they find their way to happily-ever-after. Colton is the perfect protective friend who we get to watch turn into a man who grows up and learns to cherish the woman who has always stood beside him. Taylor is the kind of girl you can see yourself being friends with, even if she did hold onto her secret a little too long. Molly McLain has written a beautiful love story that started in a small Wisconsin town and withstood the bright lights of fame on the motocross circuit. She has developed a lovable band of brothers, some of whom are getting their own books as this series continues. I can't wait to return to the track to see who is up next!
