Short but still poignant
I love TL Smith. This is an older book. Its a shorter story with lots of love in it, different kinds to be specific. There is lust, falling in love, true love, controlled love, parent love, friend love, family love.
I didn’t know where Lovesick was going but this was Kee’s journey of finding her true love.
It could turn off some readers due to violence, but I encourage you to give this book a try. Kee had to endure a lot to get where she ended up.
Meh.
The trauma she endured doesn’t match the rest of the story. Not a fan if this one.

this book had me hooked from the first 2 sentences. it was a whirlwind of emotions the entire way through and while I was rooting for her and Khol, I understand why what happened - happened. beautiful story.
