Aurora Rose was a go big or go home kind of girl. She did everything to the max, thus her surgeon career, book addiction and hopeless romantic tendencies. 

Nicholas was the boy she had a forever crush on. He was the nerd turned sexy musician. He was also the only one who saw her hidden truths and didn’t look away in disgust or pity.

They were always acquaintances but knew that they could be extraordinary together. Their painful pasts in love and family issues created a hidden connection.
