The Ilyium, a powerful group of druid witches, and dragonkind co-existed with an uneasy truce, neither friend nor foe. Then a race of demons invaded and changed everything. Now it is war.
All dragonkind are born with a deeply ingrained calling to protect the innocent. As Primalthorn, the Ultimate Guardian, it is Skulla’s duty to preserve his dying race. But with his responsibility comes a great burden as he’s tasked with ending the lives of those on the verge of going rogue.
Year after lonely year, only his obligations keep Skulla clinging to sanity, until the day he meets his mate. Kiah-thorn brings light back into his darkened soul.
With the lives of not only dragonkind but his family at stake, Skulla is hesitant when the Ilyium call on him for assistance. For his choices may just end all dragonkind.
For any ages.

OMG BEST DRAGON BOOK EVER
OMG !! Jax, Sami and Tierney are freaking awesome !!! This book started off a tad slow then opened up full throttle, fast paced action, shifters, Dragons from another realm, Bad guys and girls, sex ( good and bad, be prepared). This book has something for everyone and it keeps on going right to the end and makes you want it to start all over again !! All of the secondary characters you find out about at the end of this book rock everything you thought you knew !! Tierney and Jax get a happily for now, but book 2 is going to be full of charachters like we've never seen before, and may ruin it, if the last chapter of this book is anything to go by !! 5🌟's !! I was gifted a copy and voluntarily left honest and unbiased review by the author.
I loved this look into the past. Sheri made a great decision in bringing the past to light by showing how the curse came about, what events led to it. I truly hope that we learn what truly became of Skulla and if he was ever able to rejoin his family and mate. I look forward to reading the next book, Thaniel. Well done, Sheri-Lynn!
