Publisher Description
When Mason Hayes offered her a job, he never expected to give her his heart.
Cassie Alan is barely holding on after escaping an abusive relationship. With her money gone and hope running thin, she's wishing for a miracle when a sudden storm leaves her stranded on the side of the road. Then a stranger in an old truck stops—armed with warmth, kindness, and a list of people who can vouch that he's not a serial killer. Desperate, Cassie takes the ride… and nothing is the same after.
New business owner Mason Hayes lives by one rule: never mix business with pleasure. That rule shatters the moment he hires the quiet, rain-soaked woman he rescued and finds himself drawn to her strength and vulnerability. Determined to earn her trust, Mason gives Cassie full control over the pace of their relationship—even as his feelings grow harder to ignore.
As Cassie slowly opens up about her painful past, Mason sees far more than scars. He sees a survivor worth fighting for. But when the danger she fled threatens to destroy their fragile happiness, Cassie must find the strength Mason has believed in all along or risk losing the future they're building together.
Moments with Mason is a steamy boss romance set in a small town, filled with heart, healing, and a fiercely protective hero, and is part of the beloved Red Maple Falls romance series.

Moment with Mason
As an avid reader, I love discovering new authors. After having read book 3 in the Red Maple Falls series I am truly impressed. Each book is captivating and hard to put down. These books hook you from the start and make you want to read the next book. Unlike a lot of today's novels, Theresa's novels are very realistic to the point that you can imagine being there. What a wonderful series! Thank you Theresa!
