Great addition to your reference collection

I’ve been meaning to get this and glad to have it in my iPad. Just as the title suggest, it’s a thorough review of cardiovascular emergencies, from EM bread and butter ACS, AHF, etc. to complications of cardiac devices and considerations in special populations (HIV, pregnancy, etc.). It also has a basic ultrasound chapter on cardiovascular disorders and one on reducing malpractice risk.
