The evil camera is back...
I enjoyed the first book more, but this is a worthy sequel to Say Cheese and Die. Greg finds himself trapped in a picture-perfect nightmare once again when he is forced to track down the cursed camera from the first story to keep from getting a failing grade for his English paper. This time, it only takes one snapshot, of Greg and of his friend, Shari, for the two of them to find themselves caught in a terrifying situation that they must find some way to resolve—quickly! A good story, just as creepy as any of Stine’s other Goosebumps books! Actually, it’s a bit more grim and frightening than most, thanks, largely, to the fact that, in this book, R.L. Stine’s characters face a predicament that is more life-threatening than in most of the other books that I’ve read. Still, as I’ve already said, it’s a good book and most Goosebumps fans should really enjoy it! By the way, I’ve read reviews of Stine’s books for adults, The Sitter, Eye Candy, and Red Rain, which makes me really excited to read those books, especially when I consider that those books have received just as much praise from fans at online booksellers’ sites like Amazon and Thriftbooks. But these are not the only books the author wrote for adults. R.L. Stine’s first book for adults was called Superstitious, which was first published in 1995. This book should also be published in digital format, not only so Apple’s iTunes customers can buy it if they choose, but also so ANY customers can buy it if they choose to.
