I could not get into this. I gave it a good try, hoping it would improve. The characters were very flat. The male lead was superficial, and not worthy of trust, in my opinion. Almost halfway through the story, I still found myself not only not invested, but disliking the characters.
Was this book edited?
Enjoyed the story but couldn’t get past the lack of editing. Had a hard time following who’s who and what’s happening with the all the errors. It’s a shame. I could have enjoyed reading more of her books but can’t do it. It ruined my enjoyment of what could have been a great book.
The Storyline is good
I liked this book. The story was interesting. However, there are horrible grammatical issues, extra words, missing words, mixed sentences. It was very distracting. If you can ignore that, the story is good.
