Publisher Description
One month, I fell for him.
Two, I was a goner.
Three, I was a daydreamer.
But by the fourth, it was a nightmare.
Everything came in beats.
Beat one—fantasy.
Beat two—admission.
Beat three—love.
But it's the fourth beat that completely ruined me.
Beat.
Beat.
Beat.
With a shattered heart.
He was my nightmare.

Review: Love Me Duet 1: Love Drunk
Love Drunk by T.L. Smith is the first book in her Love Me Duet . Told almost entirely from the heroine’s point of view, this book is dark and twisty and steamy and disturbed and... I'm running out of descriptors. This book is definitely a walk on the dark side. I totally understand Everly's back and forth with Gunner's behavior. He is the ultimate Bad boy, his apathy is off the charts at least until his feelings start to develop for Everly, and then he is possessive and controlling and utterly maddening. This book shocked me so many different times, I should be disgusted with his behavior, but just like Everly I found myself utterly intrigued and needing more. As part one of a duet, this obviously ends in a cliffhanger. And it is one doozy of a cliffhanger. Enjoy!
Come ON!
I most frustrating book ever... ok not ever but high up there. The writing was done well however it’s the story that was just bad. I got to page 30 or 50 and immediately knew where things were going. This pushed me to skim to the part where things blow up, after that it’s just predictable. The main character is so lameeee, like grow some balls girl, she was frustrating and this book left me frustrated.
