This ACS guide is a wonderful asset for students to prepare for their PPL checkride. It follows the ACS task by task and gives a ton of detailed information on each subject. Students can use this as study material while CFIs can use this to help make sure they cover everything the student should know. It also serves as a good refresher for CFIs and you could even learn a thing or two from this author! I highly recommend this material for any CFI or student if you want to have a good edge on your checkride!

**After using this book for two years of instructing, I landed my first airline job and had the pleasure of meeting the author who happened to be my sim instructor. Was very glad to have used his material to teach my students and to have been taught by him flying my first jet.

I used this book solely for my oral exam and loved how in depth everything was. The pictures were detailed and easy to pick up. Overall, I’m going to get the Commercial and Instrument when it comes out (hopefully soon!).

I remember when I was a student pilot just how confusing the ACS was and how it was worded. This book solves all the confusion behind the ACS, it dumbs down the wording but at the same time hits every task with detail and simplicity. Excellent idea I wish I had this when I was a student pilot! I make all my students get it before checkrides and can’t wait for the instrument book to come out for my instrument students!
