What do you do when a global pandemic lands on your doorstep and you end up a tad stressed, with the attention span of a gnat?
You start a new project, that's what!
On March 17, 2020 Andrea Neil began sheltering in place to avoid the looming COVID-19 pandemic making its way toward Tulsa, Oklahoma. A few weeks later, the #100dayproject began on Instagram, and she decided to take part. What better way for a writer to contribute than by writing stories? Thus began her journey to write and post 100, 100-word stories—one each day.
These aren't just fictional stories, however. They are also a journal of sorts, a way to express the emotions and frustrations and fears of a world that's changed so fast it's making our head spin.
As you read through the stories, you'll meet characters whom you can get to know over the course of the book. You'll laugh, you may cry, but most importantly, you will know you're not alone.
**10% of all proceeds will be donated to the Oklahoma Food Bank.
