From award-winning author E.M. Shue comes another hot and steamy romantic suspense.
It's Valentine's Day in Santa Claus, Indiana, but not everything is copacetic.
Hugh's life was mapped out before he was born. He's done everything he was supposed to, even allowing the woman he loved to get away. But now she's back and in danger. Hugh will destroy everything in his path for her, including himself.
One little lie altered Hanna's heart and changed her direction in life. She's not the same girl who walked away from Santa Claus and Hugh. She's lived a hard life he has no clue about. But if Hanna can fight through the rumors and hateful looks, she and Hugh may have a shot at happily ever after…if they survive her past.
Hands down amazing! Just WOW! From start to finish Hanna’s Valentine has you griped. I could not put it down and finished it in 1 night, was well worth the loss of sleep! E. M. Shue never disappoints to give a good, steamy, hot, excited adventure to read!!
An amazing second chance romantic suspense read
Hanna, a stylist trying to outrun her past, returns to her home town and is confronted by Hugh, current Sheriff and her former fiancé, about why she broke things off when they were young. As the story progresses their reunion comes with shocking words, secrets bubble out at inopportune times, and if their small town continues to hold onto old fashioned beliefs their relationship may not get fixed in time. E.M. Shue’s Hanna’s Valentine is an amazing second chance romantic suspense read that will have the waterworks flowing.
I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.
Hanna & Hugh were high school sweethearts until life got in the way. He went off to boot camp and her mother moved them to Portland, OR. She is back in town and works at a hair salon. Hanna has been hurt and has secrets she is running from. Hugh returned home after his father was killed and is now the sheriff. This has lies, betrayal, danger, abuse, death, loss and so much more. A quick read but definitely a must read. You also get Coal and Kiera updates in this book.
