Covert Exposure
Spinelli now without a partner has been reassigned to the Child Service Department temporarily for the holidays. Along with a red hair beauty Shannon, who thinks he is aloof and uncaring about the children they have to deal with is now his partner. Until a murder happen and she needs protection with being a Santa helper. Cute story.
