Emotional and Complex Story
This book is an excellent and well written book by Skye Warren which tells the complex and emotional story of Eva Morelli and Finn Hughes who decide to fake date in order to remove the family expectation to marry due to their wealthy social status. Both characters have secrets which affect their relationship and outlook on marriage. However, even though relationship is fake, it soon becomes evident they are experiencing real feelings which can never be actualized. This book ends in a cliffhanger and continues in the next book in the Midnight Dynasty series which is Two For The Show.

Perfect fit!
One For The Money is Eva Marelli‘s story, which is a perfect fit in the Midnight Dynasty world. She is the caretaker of the Morelli family, always looking out for everyone. But here we get to finally see someone take care of her a bit with the sexy Finn Hughes. Taking her on adventures while hiding a family secret, these two get sexy and steamy and so sweet together, until they’re not. And oh boy, I NEED the next book!!!

It's Eva Morelli's time to shine. Whether you've met her in other Midnight Dynasty stories or if this is your first outing in the world you can't go wrong picking this up. Eva is the oldest Morelli sister and the most level-headed of the bunch that everyone relies on. She focuses on her family and being there for them but no so much on herself. Enter Finn Hughes. He presents himself as just a charming rogue but he's not so different from Eva. After rescuing her from her mother's matchmaking schemes at a gala and taking her out to have some fun he proposes that they fake date (and we know how these things work out lol) to get her mother off her back. Eva had been hurt before and guards her heart by just focusing on her family while Finn has a family secret and thinks he knows how his life is going to turn out so doesn't get close to anyone so they make quite an interesting pair. Will they let this relationship become real or is it bound for heartbreak. This was a really good read and I can't wait to see how things turn out after that bomb of a cliffhanger.
