Publisher Description
Christie's superb stand-alone mystery, Passenger to Frankfurt, is a true masterwork of surprise and suspense, as a diplomat comes to the aid of a terrified woman in an airport, only to find that his identity has been stolen and his life is suddenly in serious jeopardy.
Sir Stafford Nye's flight home from Malaya takes an unprecedented twist when a young woman confides in him that someone is trying to kill her. In a moment of weakness, he agrees to lend her his passport. Unwittingly, the diplomat has put his own life on the line.
When he meets the mystery woman again, she is a different person, and he finds himself drawn into a battle against an invisible—and altogether more dangerous—enemy. . . .
PUBLISHERS WEEKLY
Hugh Fraser turns in a stellar performance in this audio version of Christie's classic mystery. When bored diplomat Stafford Nye meets a mysterious young woman at an airport lounge in Frankfurt, he learns her life in in danger and is drawn into a dangerous world of intrigue. Fraser whom listeners will recognize as Captain Hastings on the BBC television series Poirot reads with excellent pacing, tone, and inflection. He conjures up a host of compelling voices and accents for the cast of characters; his portrayal of Nye is spot-on and his high-pitched Aunt Matilda is a delight.

Passenger to Frankfurt
One of my favorites along with "They came to Baghdad".
Passenger to boredom
So painful to read. When you finish a chore you feel the same relief. I would recommend this to no one since it’s of no redeeming value and simply a product she wrote on a dare or just to prove she could write about something with a detective in it. She failed in this regard with this tome.
Passenger to Frankfort
Not good. The old Agatha Christie's views on the world. Bad plot, poor scene setting, only one good character. You will think a lot less of Dame Agatha after reading this.
