    Sad to see the blog go

    I love these recipes! Yes she has a lot of baking recipes that didn’t actually require rice flour, which is huge in the GF world! I’m not sure why the book has rice flour used in some of the recipes, but I’m hoping hoping I can sub. I found this blog about a month ago, after years of working through celiac and fodmap diagnosis. I’m so glad they are in a book. But please, please put the other recipes back on the blog or make another book out of them! There were so many that I was wanting to try and others that I have tried that are not in the book. Thank you for improving the GF baking world!

    Best Gluten-Free Recipe book on the market

    Her recipes make it possible for someone eating gluten-free not be on a steady diet of brown rice flour. Every recipe is delicious and a pleasure to make (and I don’t like to cook that much.) The photographs are a highlight for me. We are extremely grateful to you for publishing this “bible” of a cookbook for our household.
