Action packed story
Another great series of books,the one I’m reviewing today is number five of the Baker girls cozy mystery series. Monica Baker is the lead character in the story. She is a realtor that is in a transition into a new environment in her workplace. Monica is kind hearted and was helping out a friend where she came upon a little girl. If you have child abuse triggers just a heads up warning. The story has a few twist interns until the conclusion. The author took great care to raise awareness to some hidden issues that we face today. I love that it is written in the same, but yet different format then you’re typically used to in a cozy mystery set. I recommend to read this book in a casual setting, I know I sat and read the book in one sitting, it was so good! Five star book in my opinion. I have disclaimer though, that I did receive a courtesy advance copy, but I volunteered to reviewed the book.
