When are these books getting a tv series?! I think Poppy and Andrew’s love story might be my favorite of all the Bridgerton series. Poppy’s unexpected sailing is a must for anyone who loves witty banter, a sense of adventure, and perhaps a sweet tooth.
First, Billie and George’s story takes you on a beautiful journey from frenemies to lovers while doing anything they can to help find his brother who’s missing in combat.
Then the strength of Cecilia to cross the ocean to the Americas as she seeks desperately to find out what happened to her soldier brother. Only to fall in love with his best friend whom she’s never met and declares herself his bride.
In all, I love how Julia Quinn takes all her characters in a series and intertwines it all together. The bravery in all of them show women’s strength ahead of their time. These are must reads for any Bridgerton fan.
