The Reflection In The Blood
Cloverleaf’s thougts were drowned in the chatter of her clanmates, while she ate her mouse. Flytrap padded over to her and sat down on the green overgrowth. “…Oh! Hey Flytrap!…” Cloverleaf meowed. “…Crystalstar said to tell you that we sensed a fox near camp…“ Flytrap said nervously. “…A FOX!?…”Cloverleaf hissed, horrified at the words that came out of Flytrap’s mouth. Memories flooded back. all of them involving bloodshed…and a fox… A orange dash flew across the high overgrowth. Suddenly, Cloverleaf was pinned. not by a cat, but by a fox. Cloverleaf was horrified of what was right above her. She unsheathed her sharp claws and managed to scratch its nose, deliberately trying to get the fox off of her. Flytrap mindlessly pounced on the fox, biting at its scruff, trying to get it off of Cloverleaf. Honeyhive sprinted over Sandydust following in her trail. Honeyhive leaped up, clinging on the foxes flank. Blood dripped down Cloverleaf’s face, as the fox was getting closer to the ground. They finally had the fox pinned, but Cloverleaf was still.
