This first cookbook is a tribute to my Grandmother who taught me to bake and set me on the path to become a professional chef. It contains family recipes, some of which are 200+ years old. Great home baking cookbook
This brings back memories of Grandma’s kitchen, From the wonderful bread recipes to the old fashion cookies this book has some good recipes and great techniques for doing from scratch baking. Give this book a try great for bakers and people that want to get back to homemade cooking.
