I love the way this author writes!
She certainly has a different style and by that I mean it in a good way. This is the 3rd book I've read by her and whether it's an English or Scottish story she has a way about her story telling that is very unique. I don't know why her name isn't mentioned a lot more when you hear of the best authors of these time periods because is now one of my favorites.
My only complaint (tiny) is that the endings always seem to e a little rushed.
This story started a bit slower than the others but quickly became my favorite.
