Monica believes Jonathan despite her better judgment. Forgives him despite her doubts.
She loves him…just because.
Her heart isn't sensible or guarded enough. Not by a sight. She’s a walking raw nerve ending of emotion, as if the celibate years she'd spent before him made her more emotional, more vulnerable, more foolish.
And she agreed to everything he wanted yesterday and today.
She’d agree to it tomorrow and forever, but for one thing.
There might not be a tomorrow for her king.

Exquisite love story
Wow, such a wonderful story and my mind can't even fathom how this was written. Loved it all and hated for it to end. Well done
I did not particularly like this third book. Too intense, too dark, it felt hopeless.
