The Lost Princess of Oz

We all know the story of Dorothy and the journey to the land of Oz. In this book, we meet again Dorothy, but this time she is not wandering through Oz, but she lives there.

One morning Dorothy wakes up and finds out that the princess of Oz, Ozma, is missing. No one in the entire kingdom knows how that has happened and all citizens of the Emerald City, together with Dorothy, start a quest of finding their lost princess

What they also realize, is that not only the princess has disappeared, but also all the magical treasures of OZ, such as the Magic Picture, the Wizard’s black dog and Glinda’s Great Book.

Not knowing where to go, in which direction to search for their princess, the citizens divide into four groups and spread across the country.

Deep in the Winkle Country, Dorothy meets Cayke, the Cookie Cook, who has lost a magic gold dishpan, and the Frogman. Both of them join Dorothy in her search for the princess of Oz. Soon, the citizens of Oz and the princess’ friends find out that neither Ozma nor their valued possessions are missing, but they have been stolen by an unknown villain. They start wondering who could that person be and how can they fight against their powerful enemy without their magic.

Follow the adventures of Dorothy and the residents of the kingdom of Oz, as they search for the kidnapped princess and find out who the villain was and whether they will win and restore all their magical values and rescue the princess.
