A fake relationship, friends to lovers romance from USA Today Bestselling author J.H. Croix!
Have you ever gone on a fake date? With your brother’s best friend?
It all started when he rescued me from a dumpster. Not my best moment.
Grumpy, broody, too hot to handle Walker needs a date for a wedding. Let the complications begin.
It’s not even a real date. I’m not even supposed to notice smokin’ hot Jade. I don’t believe in love, and weddings give me hives. Jade is smart and feisty, and she claims she’s man-proof. She’s perfect.
Perfect until we’re stuck together for the weekend, and I can hardly keep my eyes, or my hands, off her. Perfect until I kiss her, and one kiss turns into so many more. And more.
She stole the covers, and then she stole my heart.
One wedding. One weekend. Two hearts. It’s all for show, right?
*A full-length, standalone romance.
This is book 6 in the Swoon series and it features Jade and Walker. The chemistry was amazing between these two! Love finds you when you least expect it, aren’t looking for it and don’t want it. That describes these two perfectly but for different reasons. I adore Walker’s sexy, brooding ways with a “face carved from marble.” Delicious!
This story has its awful tragedies and the lesson learned is how short life really is. I was so invested in the outcome of their story. I was hooked from the first page to the last. I can’t wait for more from this fantastic series and these people who I feel I know so well.
If We Dare is another fantastic addition to the Swoon Series. I just loved reading about Walker and Jade. I loved the story, the laugh out loud moments, the intense emotional drama which flows nicely until the end. I will definitely recommend this book and series to my book pals.
