I had been in underground tunnels before; I had been in hidden, undiscovered underground tunnels before. I had smelled the old cigarettes, the must, and the rot. I had tripped over loose bricks, gotten scars from shards of ancient glass bottles, and ruined perfectly good dresses ruined with dirt and dust. I knew exactly what the underbelly of my school looked like.

This place was something else entirely. 

Ivy Bell is living her best life at Wollstone University: she has amazing friends, a perfect social life, and her roommate has finally agreed to let her get a pet rat. If she were pressed to complain, she could do without the unreliable memories, frequent nightmares, and the fact that her ex-boyfriend may or may not be stalking her. 

No matter how hard she tries to ignore her problems, they seem to be getting worse. They also seem to be connected: to each other, to her past, and to a darker underlying cause.

If Ivy can't unravel the mysteries around Wollstone, her GPA might not be the only thing getting slaughtered this semester.
