I'll Be Seeing You

Rhinestones. Secrets. A legendary playwright.

Martin Sherman's first new play in almost a decade imagines the world of singer and entertainer Liberace and a writer grappling with artistic, creative and personal problems.

When a writer tries to create a play about Liberace, Liberace himself shows up to argue about it. What follows is surreal, funny, moving, and genuinely unlike any play you've read before.

This edition was published to coincide with the world premiere at Pitlochry Festival Theatre starring Fra Fee and Simon Russell Beale, directed by Alan Cumming in September 2026.
