Illegal dumping is a major geographical issue that is affecting us globally, regionally and within our local communities. The research within this book was conducted at Macleod Park, which is a park being significantly impacted by illegal dumping. The results that were obtained exposed the impact of illegal dumping upon the local ecosystem. This supported the need for sustainable management for the people that reside near the park and those that use it on a daily basis.
